Hello and welcome to my bloggy bits for this week. Brighton Comedy Festival is up and running and we’ve had a glut of comedians begging, yes begging, to get on our Breakfast Show on Juice 107.2. Posh boy Jack Whitehall, brought his ‘camp anger’ to the show today and tomorrow we welcome the lovely Josie Long. I had the pleasure of meeting Josie when we did Steve Lamacq’s Round Table for BBC 6 music at Glastonbury this year.

'Ahh look, there's the lesser spotted Tawny Owl. What a fine bird.'

Talking of 6 music, I’m very excited to have a feature being aired on Nemone’s show this Friday called ‘Not so freshers week,’ chatting to mature students at Brighton Uni, who really want to study, as oppose to the first time students, who just want to get pissed and laid (very important to do it in that order). Anyway, tune into 6 on Friday and listen out for more stuff from me on that very fine station. Where would we be without it?

Tonight, I am going to spend the evening watching The Apprentice and slagging off the contestants on twitter. It makes me feel good.

Hope you’re having a good week.
